Mosaic is one of the largest companies in the combined phosphate and potash business, active in the mining, production, incorporation, marketing and distribution of fertilizers for application in various agricultural crops, and ingredients for animal nutrition and specialties.

The Challenge

The organization was already applying an unconscious bias program globally, but still felt the need for mentored follow-up on the action plans.

The delivery

B4People worked on the project by creating a mentoring program for a period of 6 months to help and give greater support to the leaders in executing their action plans. In parallel to this action, during the first month of the project, training sessions were held for Mosaic's DEI committee.

All of this happened based on our consulting expertise and a strategic and methodological planning well tied to the needs of the project.

The result

The result could not have been any different. By the end of the mentoring and diversity actions that had been taking place at Mosaic, the leaders were all able to design, apply, and manage their projects once they had developed a mindset of diversity, equity, and inclusion, which from the projects became the mindset and culture of the company as a whole.
