Ana Bavon

Ana is her best case, a career built on her relational skills. With 20 years' experience in labor relations and strategic management of labor liabilities for large retailers, she has a deep understanding of people, companies and culture! Leading complex and hybrid teams, Ana has developed an integrated vision of the most varied business areas, connecting numbers and people. In 2016 she made a successful career transition and in mid-2018 B4People - Inclusive Culture - was born, where she is CEO and Head of Strategy.

In 2023 Ana Bavon was a speaker and part of the Brazilian delegation at the12th World Forum on Business and Human Rights organized by the UN High Commissioner at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

Ana Bavon is a respected voice on a wide variety of channels, being a source of information on various TV programs and magazines dedicated to dealing with current issues for social transformation, such as Roda Viva on TV Cultura, Marie Claire magazine and various TV newspapers.

As a communicator of the most significant and relevant actions in Human Rights, notably ESG, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Ana Bavon is responsible for many guidelines and directives in inclusive culture, where she addresses urgent issues such as the direction of the economy through the lens of social transformation guided by human diversity. Ana believes that we are going through the Age of Ethics and Integrity in business. An ethic that is connected to the social context and is therefore more inclusive, fair and equitable. Ana's expertise lies in her ability to promote connections between all the players that make up the Brazilian business environment.

Camila Santos is a humanist engineer who takes human capacity and diversity into account in all her projects. Camila deals with logic from the point of view of human rights and this is what sets her apart when it comes to getting a project off the ground.
