Ana Bavon

Ana is her best case. With a career built on her relational skills, her significant performance in strategic management of labor liabilities of large retailers leading complex and hybrid teams, allowed her to have an integrated vision of the most varied business areas connecting numbers and people. In 2016 he successfully made his career transition and in mid-2018 B4People - Inclusive Culture - was born, where he is CEO and Head of Strategy.

Ana Bavon is a speaker by vocation, having participated as a Tedx Speaker 4 times, including Tedx São Paulo - the largest event in Latin America. A passionate professor, she teaches ESG and Human Skills at institutions such as FIA USP, FGV, Aberje and Escola Conquer. Advisory Board Member of the Movement They Lead of the UN Global Compact. Ana Bavon is a respected voice in the most varied channels, being a source of information in several TV programs and magazines that are dedicated to deal with current issues for social transformation, such as Roda Viva on TV Cultura, Marie Claire magazine, various TV newspapers.

As a communicator of the most significant and relevant actions in ESG, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Ana Bavon is responsible for many agendas and guidelines in inclusive culture, where she intends to address urgent issues such as the directions of the economy from the lens of social transformation guided by human diversity. Ana believes that we are in the Age of Ethics and Integrity in Business. An ethics connected to the social context, therefore, more inclusive, fair and equitable. Ana has as expertise the ability to promote connection between all players that make up the Brazilian business environment.

Camila Santos

Camila Santos is our Head of Projects here at B4People, bachelor in Engineering with specialization in Project Management, she combines her academic background with her corporate experience with business management and process management to multidisciplinary knowledge, focused on non-violent communication and negotiation. In research within the theme Inclusive Culture in organizations, Camila's main topic of interest is parenting and family issues, which she is dedicated to studying and addressing in order to promote greater parenting inclusion in corporate spaces and in society as a whole.

Patricia Sakavicius

She is Head of Training here at B4People, has a background as an art educator and a post-graduate degree in High Performance Psychology. Because she is always in touch with the demands of the corporate world, she constantly seeks new perspectives and techniques that enable the development and acceleration of professionals. For this reason, she is currently taking her second post-graduate course in Strategic Management, and has also deepened her studies in Neurolinguistics, Behavioral Analysis, Training & Development, and Organizational Psychology. She is focused on transforming content into replicable knowledge, practical solutions, and tools for concrete application. In Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she emphasizes the study of racial and gender issues, aiming to contribute to the transformation of professional spaces into more equitable environments and preparing leaders to increase psychological security in relationships.

Mateus Oliveira

Mateus Oliveira Silva is graduated in Social Communication - Midialogy, by the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), creative communicator, focused in developing ethno-racial and social connections through communication. At B4People, Mateus works as a communication and social media analyst and graphic designer, seeking to provide our clients and public an inclusive experience within the DE&I universe through the contents produced by B4People.

Marina Dayrell

With a decade of experience, Marina is a journalist specialized in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. For five years, she was a reporter for Careers and DEI at Estadão, and co-founder of the newspaper's Diversity subeditorial. Marina has a post-graduate degree in Human Rights, Social Responsibility and Global Citizenship from PUC/RS. Marina is currently a speaker and facilitator of IED topics for the corporate market, having worked for companies of different sizes, segments and maturity levels on the subject. At B4, Marina navigates in the areas of research and training, using her vision and experience in the analysis and content offered.

Graziella Di Cresci

Graziella dos Santos Di Cresce is graduated in Law by Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas - FMU and certified in Tax Planning by Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV. At B4People, Graziella adds all her knowledge and experience in the legal and financial areas to be our administrative analyst, working in the people, financial and commercial management of the consultancy. Currently living in Canada, Graziella dedicates herself to the study of psychological security anywhere office, observing the experiences and challenges of the immigrant in a culturally distinct environment.

Maria Luiza Ribeiro

She is a graduate student in Public Administration at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), where her study focus is on strategy in the public sector. Currently she is a Project Assistant at B4People and has as focus of her work the monitoring of projects, extraction of strategic indicators and customer experience. In the area of diversity and inclusion her main interest is related to education and how it reflects on the formation of citizens and their insertion into society through what it can provide.

Alessandra Benedito

Alessandra Benedito is a specialist in Psychoanalysis by ABRAFP | Brazilian Association of Philosophy and Psychoanalysis and member of the Advanced Boardroom Program for Woman by Sain Paul. Among so many attributions, as Coordinator of Diversity at FGV Law School, where she is also a researcher and professor and licensed professor at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, among many others, Alessandra is in B4People an important partner when it comes to strategic legal advice to our clients - especially regarding racial and anti-discrimination issues - able to broaden the analysis to the situations presented and analyzed to each scenario presented.
