"If it's Bayer, it's good", you may have heard this slogan around, and when it comes to health and agriculture Bayer is present in homes all over the world. Acting in the areas of Consumer Health, Crop Science and Pharma, Bayer is one of the largest chemical industries in Brazil and in the world.
The Challenge
Accelerating the careers of women, people with disabilities and black people at different hierarchical levels at the same time. This was the challenge that Bayer set us in 2022.
The idea of accelerating these people, considering their social markers of difference and without ignoring their positions within the company gave B4People the opportunity to create the largest Affirmative Action program in consulting, due to its robustness and success indicators to be measured.
Result
- Increased diversity in leadership positions at different levels
- Design of a more equitable and inclusive evaluation and promotion process.
