"If it's Bayer, it's good", you may have heard this slogan around, and when it comes to health and agriculture Bayer is present in homes all over the world. Acting in the areas of Consumer Health, Crop Science and Pharma, Bayer is one of the largest chemical industries in Brazil and in the world.

The Challenge

Present in a commonly masculinized environment, which is the agricultural sector, Bayer understood the importance of fostering a powerful network made up of women who occupy prominent and representative positions in this sector. 

And in this context, B4People was given the mission to develop 100 women to reach leadership positions in the sales team, which is inside the field. Considering the socio-emotional skills needed to perform their work and their career progression.

  • Bringing together and generating community among women, as a way of recognizing each other in their social and professional roles.
