The Challenge

Present in a commonly masculinized environment, which is the agricultural sector, Bayer understood the importance of fostering a powerful network made up of women who occupy prominent and representative positions in this sector.

And in this context, B4People was given the mission to develop 100 women to reach leadership positions in the sales team, which is inside the field. Considering the socio-emotional skills needed to perform their work and their career progression.

  • Increased visibility and career mobility for women in the agribusiness sector.
  • Bringing together and generating community among women, as a way of recognizing each other in their social and professional roles.
  • Women evaluated as more engaged, present, and protagonists in their careers after the program.
